Da Buzz is a Swedish pop/dance/rock band that is working its way into America and other parts of the world. The three members are Annika Thörnquist, the vocalist, Per Lidén, the guitarist and backup vocalist, and Pier Schmid, another backup vocalist and saxophonist. The group was created in 1999 and released their first single “Do You Want Me?” in 2000. Since then they have released 5 albums and have released more than 13 singles worldwide. They are currently attempting to get onto American radios through Airus Entertainment, a new US record label that features mainly Swedish musicians.
